Preorders must remain disabled for real customers until Go Safe approves delivery, cancellation, refund and fulfilment terms.Current technical model
- Preorders use full payment through Flutterwave hosted checkout.
- Go Safe confirms an order only after direct Flutterwave API verification of reference, status, exact amount and NGN currency.
- A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.
Business policy still required
Expected delivery dates, cancellation window, refund eligibility, failed delivery, product substitution and support escalation must be approved before preorder launch.
